These terms apply when you use zackdesign.biz or any web application run by Zack Design (Isaac Rowntree, trading as Zack Design, Sydney, Australia). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Using our apps
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.
- Use the apps lawfully. Don’t misuse them: no attempts to break in, overload or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to harm others.
We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into our apps. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the app for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Our software
The apps, their code and their design belong to Zack Design or its licensors, except where a project is released under an open-source licence, in which case that licence applies to the code.
Availability and changes
Most of our apps are offered free and as they are. We may change, pause or stop an app at any time. Where we can, we will give notice before shutting an app down so you can export your data.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zack Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the apps. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of supplying it again.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the apps after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
